VerdictHub is a game changing technology that uses our patent pending artificial intelligence program to conduct venue specific surveys. We are SMART Data. Big data uses an old methodology to collect its information. Big data is not a true focus group. There are no deliberations with big data. Big data simply uses online participants to review a case and then answer questions. Big data then uses artificial intelligence to summarize the findings. The analogy we like to use is that big data is a blackberry and VerdictHub is a latest iPhone!

No, VerdictHub uses DIGITAL JURORS™ which is why you never have to worry about confidentiality or the other side, the court, or the media finding out that you have conducted a venue specific artificial intelligence survey.

Our proprietary patent-pending technology allows us to build Agentic AI based personas that reflect the actual demographic makeup of your trial venue. We then generate juror responses that are dynamic, grounded, and behaviorally rich, which is more like how people actually think, not just how we hope they think and reason.

We are currently using 500 DIGITAL JURORS™ as our standard, but we can accommodate more if requested.

VHS has been a remarkably accurate tool for anticipating likely case outcomes on both civil and criminal cases. Of course, VHS cannot guarantee we will predict your settlement or verdict. However, time and time again we receive feedback from clients that our results are in line with other jury research, settlements, or jury trial verdicts. This also highly depends on the case submissions we receive. That is, if the submissions we receive leave pertinent information out or are biased towards one party or the other, the results will be skewed. To see our real world results, please visit the Results Delivered page.

At any point! We are your co-pilot from beginning to end. We can help you as early as prior to case intake and as late as during trial. Reach out today to see how VHS can help on your case!

It is remarkably affordable in comparison to other survey or research methods, regardless of the size of your case. Email us for the pricing.

We estimate that lawyers should be able to prepare their case submission in as little as one to two hours, depending on how complex your case is and how much detail you include.

Robert Hirschhorn has been a jury and trial consultant since 1985 and is the GOAT of the industry. He has co-authored 4 books on jury selection. Robert has more 9 and 10 figure jury verdicts and more Not Guilty Verdicts in high profile criminal cases than any other jury consultant in America. What makes VHS so unique, special and accurate is that our patent pending system is based on Robert's intuition, experience and instinct. With the Hirschhorn Factor, your case will have Robert's knowledge and experience guiding you.

VerdictHub is a sister company of Cathy Bennett & Associates. VerdictHub was designed to make the knowledge and experience of Cathy Bennett & Associates available to all plaintiff lawyers and criminal defense lawyers, regardless of the size of their case.

First, we will send you our standard letter of agreement to sign. Please send us the case caption/case style, venue in which your case is being tried, and who will be signing the agreement. Once the letter of agreement is signed, we will send you the fully executed copy for your records along with a sample of the case submission document we need you to prepare. Once your case submission document is in final, you will send it back to us and we will VHS your case!

Our standard turnaround time is 3 business days from the time we receive your final case submission. We may be able to accommodate a quicker turnaround time for an additional fee depending on availability.

VerdictHub will ensure that your data remains the exclusive property of you and your firm and will not be used to train, fine-tune, or improve any underlying foundational language models. VHS operates as a closed environment where client data is segregated and protected from public access or model training datasets.

Absolutely not. You will never have to worry about the insurance company or corporation that you are suing using VHS.
